Brilliant training session - James, the trainer was very engaging, knowledgeable and kept the session interactive, which is especially good with the session being online. I would recommend this course to other interested individuals.

Thank you. I have a better understanding of how I behave and should not behave in a situation! and also a better understanding of how others will behave in a situation and therefore be in a better position to show others how to achieve another outcome (when mediation is needed) .

This was an excellent course delivered by a very skilled and knowledgeable trainer. I came into this with some very general understanding of aspects of mediation but I feel I have learnt a lot and am looking forward to learning more and putting it into practice. The trainer was engaging and held our interest throughout the whole day and there was a good balance of theory and discussion.

great course, well delivered with a mix of methodology and great anecdotes

There were so many topics covered. They were covered with clarity through examples given and the slides as well as verbally. Time was allowed to ask questions and the participants questions were of value to support the learning process. I appreciate the chat box to enable connections to be made, also. Thank you. Both trainers shared knowledge and worked well together as a team.
