The trainer was really knowledgeable and the group exercises were fun

This course was very well put together and the facilitator was very knowledgeable.

Good Day 1 was very interesting. There was so much to take in Day 2 was good. The afternoon session was narrowed to Corners Court and the preparation. It would have been beneficial to have had more discussion on the SAB/ Safeguarding Governance, Care Act, legal duties, Serious incident review, DHR report writing etc I also take this opportunity to thank Sue.

Really cool trainer

I enjoyed the training. I think it was very worthwhile and helpful to go through legislation. Although I utilise the legislation in my role, I will think more about which piece of legislation I am using specific to the cases I am supporting with. I will aim to document more, regarding which legislation is being utilised/referred to when writing patients records and supporting staff.

Due to the trainers previous job role, the subject matter and vast experience made the course easy to follow

My previous interview training was not very good, so this has made me think more about how I conduct interviews in the future.
