Fay the trainer was very experienced and pleasant, tailoring her questions and feedback to individual attendees well. The cross examination portion was rigorous but educational. It is a shame that the trainer is not allowed to give feedback on individual performances when they are being submitted for CUBS certification as that would have been extremely helpful.
I found the Cross examination day training extremely helpful and insightful. My trainer, Fay, was an excellent tutor providing concise information, and detailed, constructive feedback.
Max is a great personality and his background is a great asset in how he delivers his training. The training was simple and enjoyable and clear.
Trainer was very knowledgable and the course was well designed. Would like the slide pack before the course next time.
