The opportunity to 'have a go' at being cross examined in relation to fictional witness statement - it felt very real and provided a perfect opportunity to sample what it might be like in a real situation - very informative and 'eye opening' :-)

I found the training very helpful and will recommend it to the rest of my department. The section on Accelerated Trust was really valuable where, in the 'modern world', building trust quickly is essential. I also found the plotting graph for stakeholders (mapping attitude vs. influence) very useful for identifying where to focus my time and effort. Finally, the tips on influencing upwards using the C.H.I.P.S model were insightful and encouraged me to think about what senior leaders value and how to frame ideas effectively
