As above, great course led by a great teacher. I feel like i learnt a lot of relevant information and will be taking away key skills and advice to use in my day job. The use of real life stories and group exercises/role play were very beneficial. Great few days.

Lots of information to take in but Jim was able to present and teach in a way that was easy to follow. Very enjoyable course and will beneficial in my role as an environment officer where I will be taking evidence that MAY be used in court.
