I think this course has been very relevent for me.

Really useful and helpful CPD

The course was very well facilitated by Fay and there were good discussions and interesting contributions from experts from different walks of life. I have only put a lower rating for course exercises/case studies because the exercises were quite limited, with most of the course a discussion format. On an IT point - I received a Teams invite, which I joined first as it was more immediately obvious than the Zoom link, which had to be navigated to via a weblink and login, so the joining process could be simpler.

Francesca was absolutely fantastic. Really engaging and extremely knowledgeable. Enjoyed the first two days a lot and feel a lot more confident in my own practice.

Best training course I have done since working at Welsh water, lovely trainer and really interesting.
