I have never completed a MCA but now I am keen to look into doing so.
Overall very good and enjoyable. Usually day long training leaves you feeling drained but this has not.
Always room for improvements and this will be a starting point to go away and look at case law in greater detail.
I valued and found it very interesting understanding the background of the introduction of the European Convention of the Human Rights in 1950. I valued the discussions around the case studies which will help me to retain what has been learnt today. I felt there was a lot of interaction with Max the trainer being very encouraging. He put people at ease to ask questions throughout the day.
Difficult training but for a good reason as it gives great preparation and simulates the emotional response I imagine I will feel when I have to go to court
Really useful course with an engaging and resourceful trainer.
John is an excellent trainer and the content plus the booklet sent after was great. The level was correct and the real stories really brought the course to life.
