This was a very enjoyable day with a lot to think about and consider for my current role and future roles, and can definitely cross over into other aspects of dealing with people in general.

James was excellent and clearly very knowledgeable. Can be easy to lose the attention of people over a full day on a video call but this was not a problem he had. Informative & engaging.

A really useful course, well delivered. The pace was just right, it was nice not to have breakout rooms and just use the chat as I think it kept the pace and ideas flowing. I think the trainer was excellent, really knowledgeable and passionate about the subject.

very good, break out rooms were too many but did give opportunity to talk to other professionals within similar roles. More open discussion would be good. Case studies too huge to discuss within timescale- and could of taken couple hours to read. But very interesting.

clear flow of content. adapted to cover our roles in hospital setting. workshop style which allowed for group discussion around questions was really good way to do it.

I learnt so much, as Tim's teaching skills are excellent- using examples and not referring to manual or PowerPoint constantly . Involving us personally, individually and as a group. Thanks Tim.

Just brilliant

Great course, well paced and engaging trainers. Course content was well tailored to the participants. Would be helpful to have handouts/reference documents in advance as there was so much covered.
