The trainer was very friendly and engaging, made it a comfortable and interesting environment to learn in. It was a good balance of delivering information and prompting conversations between the other attendees. There was a lot of interesting things discussed that I hadn't thought of before which will definitely be useful to apply in the work environment but also in general life. I really enjoyed it!
