This was a really interesting and stimulating course, even though there were technical difficulties. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping everything together, despite the technical challenges. We had some technical difficulties in the early stages with meeting links not working, however, Lisa still delivered the content really well. Nicely paced and not arduous, very informative, thank you!

Case studies exercise did not work however examples e-mailed, will be useful to refer to.

I really liked the fact that there was no PowerPoint slides and it was an interactive workshop that was well engaged with by the delegates.

Course materials were not supplied before the start of the course, however course was presented well and I would highly recommend.
