Really interesting and helpful course which makes you think and identify what can be improved.
It was a very well organised and a comprehensive session which allowed us to gain a full insight into aspects of writing reports and complaints letters. Nick was very informative and engaging with appopriate humour and he offered us plenty of time to discuss and link the training to our respective roles.
