Great course which I’d highly recommend to my colleagues. Built my confidence substantially with the prospect of going to court. Really engaging friendly trainer who made the content digestible and relatable.

An engaging session - I enjoyed ranking the stakeholders against their influence and attitude. Although I had understanding of where they may fall in influence, it was good to see it on paper and I had never considered their attitudes vs influence towards a project before. A main takeaway for me was to know your audience and making sure there's some benefit for them "give gain".

Excellent insight - brilliant to have an experienced lawyer showing you each persons/professionals role in a court setting and their aims and objectives. This has also helped give me confidence to 'go at my pace' and not be pressured in court

The training was very informative and interactive, having next to no knowledge around court skills previously, this has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills needed when attending court and presenting a witness statement. The case study and role play I was apprehensive about but actually it was a great way of understanding what each role plays in the court and how you can see from everyone's perspective the information they are looking for, which in turn helps me when writing witness statements as well as presenting them in court.
