An enjoyable course that was well delivered by the trainer, Tim.

This was a refresher and very useful in my role as a DBI

I am not yet in post and coming from a totally different area therefore quite difficult for me to give an honest critique as never prepared a witness statemen, gone to court and don't know the process at all. Taking all that into consideration I hope it will be useful and the material supplied with the course I feel will be invaluable. Thanks

Great. But I wish I could have attended the course at the start of the 4 individual courses (as I should have done if I wasn't moving house) It would have been a nice introduction.

Tim Kirkham comes from experience and this very telling. He understood and recognised when breaks were needed and kept the group well engaged. Highly recommend

I recently had a short notice highly specialized instruction only a month before the case was to be heard in Dublin High Court. The case was settled the day before I was to give evidence. I worked as I would in UK law. It was reassuring to hear that I had not committed an error.

Fantastic delivery of the course. Richard articulated himself in such a way that was relatable, clear and concise. I feel the right amount of detail was provided in each part of the training. Richard was also willing and able to field questions and offer further support where required. The group activities were a great way of bringing the learning together.

Throughly enjoyed the whistle stop tour, very informative. Thank you.
