This training was extremely helpful and relevant to my role as an ACM within adult social care. I feel that the materials and delivery of the course were very beneficial in building on my understanding and confidence to participate in DSTs and push back where necessary

Day one was excellent refresher along with new law/cases... was sometimes difficult keeping up with medical jargon but Jock explained in most cases - very good presenter

Very informative training course and Colin knows his stuff. There were only two participants which mean we could have a discussion and give some examples as we went along
