I like the course ...good job

Sue was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. As the group was smaller, we were able to discuss things in more depth and Sue ensured we had a full understanding to any questions/queries raised.

Karen was a delight as well as being an excellent trainer and knowledgeable legal professional. I cannot fathom why she left Canada for this damp little island, but I'm glad she did.

the session was hugely beneficial to myself. I am new to the civil service and this course provided me with the clarity I need to understand my role further and the way we apply the law. it showed us in practical terms what legislation we need to be familiar with and why its important to do so. it explained the circumstances in which we will find ourselves in as PHSI and how to search for a specific sections within the regulations to enforce statutory powers. Karen was great in delivering the information to us and the session was proactive as we had to do some research work and find out answers to the questions asked.

Only wish there was more of it !

I feel much more confident presenting. The course covered several useful points, including warming up your voice, breathing technique, INTRO (Impact, Needs, Time, Range, Objective) to name a few, all of which I will be adopting moving forward. I have also seen first hand the importance of engaging with your audience and how it can positively improve your presentation. The exercises were also really good and relevant to my role.

A review of how the workbook can be completed to avoid scrolling between various sections to obtain the information would really help.

This course will be difficult to follow if you are just using a laptop or single Monitor. A three screen works well,
