I enjoyed the course - the trainer was knowledgeable on the subject and talked through the process. Enjoyed doing a case study to understand the process of gathering and recording complaints.

I was sceptical at first with the level of content. However, as the training unfolded, saw how I could use aspects of the training in my current role away from official interviewing.

Very good course for only two days, but this needs follow up work for our team, including pocket books. Need to gain a qualification to establish competence but further practice work required.

This was incredible training. There was a mix of activities and they were all meaningful. The trainers experience, skills and knowledge was evident throughout and yet they made it relatable and achievable.

An interesting and informative course overall. I think a slightly more in depth analysis of individuals and companies would benefit COP9 investigators as it is the most relevant part to the job.
