James presented the course in a different way to the usual HMRC courses which was interesting and refreshing

One of the most difficult elements of my job has been TTP simply because complexity of the questions and the setting up of the plans smoothly. The open question approach will help me in deciding how to respond to the customers need for a payment plan that they are able to manage without defaulting.

The trainer was very professional and concise with knowledge sharing. The trainer gave all candidates the opportunity to participate in the course.

I found the way that Alister delivered the course very engaging. He provided a lot of content that has given me a lot to think about. I particularly found the visual cues, such as the balls and wall scenario helpful. As Alister said, these will make it easier to reflect on under pressure. I appreciated the mock courtroom scenario, as whilst I have given evidence in court before, I have never had to provide evidence regarding my work. This exercise certainly gave me things to reflect upon after the course.

I highly enjoyed the course and found it interesting and informative. It's the mark of a good trainer when all you want to do during the breaks is talk about what your just learned and how interesting your finding it!
