Was fantastic a couple of sessions, trainer was excellent, clearly very experienced, and helped with any questions related to our roles.

I really enjoyed this course. With other courses I find it difficult to engage and lose interest. But today I have not had that issue. I found it very helpful.

The training was very easy and simple to follow, only thing i would maybe suggest is to have the role plays catered more to our roles rather than scenarios we aren't in. But they were really eye opening. I feel Solon did an amazing job going through every point and teaching us the values of negotiations.
