Some of the MCQ questions were not covered but that is understandable

I think that the feedback given by the two trainers was brilliant. However, I think the witness statements we work off are quite unrealistic and using a better w/s for the 1 day in person event would be better as you’d hope everyone on this course wouldn’t go to court with that statement.

There was a lot of things that I will not do in my role but good to understand where information goes

Great course, but difficult joining the course due to problem with the MS teams link sent.

No case studies were used. However, not really needed. Responding to questions - The trainer frequently did not answer questions, as he stated he could not give legal advice. Sometimes this was in response to what I felt was a generic question.

Would have liked more medical based actual hearing litigation's of past cases

Enjoyable/interesting day. Would recommend it.
