We hear a lot of what is discussed at a level which scrapes over what is basic CHC funding, DOLS, data sharing without actually getting into it at a higher level to have a better idea of what we should be challenging and asking.

Very good course It's always difficult to upskill with limited experiential learning, but this was a neat, well designed day, with few enough delegates to enable us all to have a good stab at role-play with detailed feedback. Fay's knowledge and enthusiasm were just right for this short course. Small thing - if inviting others to give feedback, harder to do this after the facilitator (who has said everything valuable)! > consider inviting peer feedback first

Nick was fantastic at delivering this course, covering the subject matter of courtroom skills with ease. I felt comfortable listening to him and I am more confident in this area as a result of this training.
