Thank you very much Fay. You are knowledgeable in the topic and were very ready and able to relate our situations and experiences to courtroom settings. Preparing us for appearance in court. The materials were excellent, the examples given highly relevant and the preparation and delivery of the cross examination was thorough but did just the right amount of prompting for further work and development but building confidence to continue.

Whilst I cannot say I enjoyed being cross-examined, it was invaluable in giving me an idea of what to expect in the witness box and also a safe environment to make mistakes.

John is a brilliant person. Very adaptable and amiable. He is very calming and supportive. The course varied in its content and delivery as I understood it changed from originally what it might have been, so great job getting it done. Even if we take away a few or several points, I believe we can more effectively communicate and understand other people.
