Structure was good and I found the role play really useful. I specifically like working through the examples as a god and learning from everyone
The course was absolutely excellent including the content, method of delivery, pace and engagement with participants by Patrick Keenan with relevant and relatable contextual examples. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and will definitely be able to put the training into practice in my role.

Thoroughly enjoyable course made even better by Jim's knowledge and ability to explain everything so clearly. Good pace and he regularly checked our understanding. This is my 3rd Bond Solon course and this is the one I have enjoyed the most. This will most definitely help me going forward with confidence in my ability to plan and undertake successful interviews.
Would make it even better if it was delivered to specific teams tailored to Job roles.
I enjoyed the course however do feel it should be over 2 shorter days rather than one, the trainer has been very good
