Great session, perfect balance between interactions (breakout rooms) and explaining theory! Thank you!

I found the training very helpful and will recommend it to the rest of my department. The section on Accelerated Trust was really valuable where, in the 'modern world', building trust quickly is essential. I also found the plotting graph for stakeholders (mapping attitude vs. influence) very useful for identifying where to focus my time and effort. Finally, the tips on influencing upwards using the C.H.I.P.S model were insightful and encouraged me to think about what senior leaders value and how to frame ideas effectively

great balance between the practicals, being spoken to and the use of slides. good interaction and the pace was pitched well.

Really engaging and interesting course. My one complaint has nothing to do with the trainer, but my connection struggled with the 'breakout' rooms and I sometimes couldn't see videos and had to keep logging out/logging back in.

This was the best training course I have been on for years. Highly relevant and an excellent course tutor. Course delivery was extremely professional. Great use of interaction and participants' skills and expertise.

- Appreciated the change to the case example to fraud and corruption which is more relevant to the role. Tim looked to address this straight away which made a difference at the end when various models were being tested. - Liked the linkage back to key principles and ethics of interviewing - interview outcomes important but emphasis on the 'how' and ethical baseline critical.

I found the course really interesting. Liane's delivery was excellent, the pace of the course was good, I found the Rooms to discuss / work through the activities really useful.
