Really good course

An excellent trainer. I found the course really engaging and so interesting. The trainer made the training really interactive and fun. He did not just teach to the workbook but reflected on his own knowledge and experiences and hearing him talk about this made the subject matter come to life and it was far easier to understand. I really liked that he also demonstrated in practice the way to carry out interviews. This was so helpful to see and something which I'll remember and try and replicate. This type of training and the way in which it was facilitated will really help embed the learning - Thank you Jim, really enjoyable!

I found this course extremely valuable and a much needed refresher on key aspects of PACE. I thoroughly enjoyed the content, the opportunity to conduct a role play interview and the general detail and knowledge from the trainer to deliver this training package I found extremely well put together
