I am not currently working within a formal social work setting but lacked confidence to apply for private work, this course has given me some motivation to do so.

Very interesting and informative course.

Really enjoyed the course. very interesting and really useful to get an understanding into different options of deprivations. mainly really liked how it would impact me as a BIA assessor but also understanding the impact within CoP too.

Really useful course for my role, the only negative comment I have was when we were split into groups that some groups member didn't participate or even speak which I found frustrating. This is no reflection on the trainer or the course. Throughout the 2 days, I felt there were a number of delegates that engaged in the course with comments and questions whilst others sat back.

Examples provided not relevant to area of practice. Very slow, feel like it could have been done in half the time.

I enjoyed the course - the trainer was knowledgeable on the subject and talked through the process. Enjoyed doing a case study to understand the process of gathering and recording complaints.

Really learned loads of material. Very worthwhile. Everyone at the office says it's a great course and I can now echo that.
