The training could have been done in half a day. I feel that a lot of things were repeated and over explained. There was a whiteboard used where the trainer was writing things which was hard to see. These could have been put into a slide and shared. The stories that were said was irrelevant, but the trainer than asked as a group if we found them useful, which put you in a difficult and uncomfortable position to say no. The trainer did spotlight people who may have not been comfortable talking which was not a good tactic. As for the actual subject material, there was not much that I learnt.
