More input on our Service procedures and considerations

Going through the document section by section is pretty heavy going but the knowledge and experience of the trainer helped.

This was a short introductory course put together short notice to cover Mental Capacity work. Fran was very knowable and good communicator. It would have been even better with more discussion, case examples and case studies but I recognise there was limited time.

Excellent training and filled a lot of the gaps. Trainer was brilliant and very knowledgeable.

Liane was really knowledgeable and extremely engaging throughout the course which made it much easier to digest and helped keep you interested. Thank you!
