The training was directly relevant to my role. Having the insight from the perspective of a former barrister is very useful. I don't think the training would have the same credibility if the presenter had a different background.

Good explanation of terms used during daily practice within the office and what they mean and the background to the subject

Trainer made a full days learning session into an engaging experience. They had a broad understanding of the topic as well as small details. They were able to relate important information to me through contexts that are relevant to my role.

Really interesting, informative and engaging. I prefer and learn better from face to face (ideally in real life) training as opposed to individual on-line learning so this was the next best thing. It's great to be able to ask questions and learn from what other colleagues have to say as well as from the course instructor who was very, good so thank you Ren for your time today.
