Nick ran the course very well. The pace was just right - at times I felt it was a bit slow but on reflection that was needed to ensure the content sunk in. Nick was great at answering everyone's questions and getting others to share their experiences. He had lots of anecdotes that were really helpful to reinforce points. Not an easy subject to keep his audience engaged for 3.5 hours but Nick made it look easy.
