We would like to have a take away pack with this course to revert in the future.

I thought it was really engaging and insightful. It was more psychological/behavioural than I expected - but in a good way! I enjoyed learning about the psychology behind it. I will take away some valuable decision-making tips and the different styles and approaches to decision making. The only improvement I could suggest would be that it could be more relevant to the decisions I make in my role, as often decisions need to get sign off, but it was still really helpful.
