Alot to squeeze in to two days, but all relevant and useful information. Very knowledge and engaging trainer.

Could have used a deeper dive into disclosure as this is an area viewed, by many, as dark magic and there is a limited understanding of it in general.

Really useful, and great trainer, only down side was it felt a bit info overload at some points.

please going forward you should be using Zoom instead for MS teams - we had so many issues with that MS Teams particularly relevant to people who use Macs they do not like MS teams - Zoom has amazing functionalities including summaries and AI generated summaries which are super helpful for revision purposes/.

Would have been better if it had been relating to civil service policy

Overall a good course to offer some degree of preparation. It felt rushed at times and I think more support to create a claim of competency

All good and relevant, face to face with physical interactions would be better
