Really informative course. A huge volume of information was shared but this was made very accessible, transferable into practice and with some great ideas to take back into practice. Sue was very open to questions and checked learning / understanding throughout and gave case law examples to provide more depth to application and understanding.

The course has changed my way of practicing and influenced how I reach to a conclusion of making make an opinion

Instructor was easy to listen to and paced his speaking well. Left enough time to do exercises and feedback and helped you think about your current practice and bring a legal perspective to how notes might be interpreted outside of my service. Thank you

Ren was a fantastic trainer and I feel more confident in my statement writing skills as a result of the course. The only aspect in which the course could be improved is by less independent working throughout the course of the day. Whilst it is good to do exercises to put knowledge into practice, I would have preferred to go over examples of statement writing more and would have also enjoyed reviewing our statements as a whole group to pick out points for improvement, etc. Overall still a good course and thank you again to Ren :)
