Really good practice. Great to hear cases from different specialities to mine. Ren was fantastic. She had an impressive grasp on each of the cases discussed. She had an incredible skill of being kind and very firm with us. Great course with a great tutor.

The course was well run and well paced. The examples were good . The instructor was knowledgeable mixing content with events to highlighted things that went well or badly. Overall very good course. Really enjoyed it

The trainer today, Ren Jones, was an excellent trainer, full of topic relevant anecdotes and observations that meant the time flew by whilst also ensuring learning occurred to the fullest. If there will ever be more agency specific training to my role I hope we cross paths again.

Such an interesting course, totally engaging experience. The right amount of time (2 days) allows us to get our heads around the learning and practically try it out. I appreciated the fact that the trainer Tony is speaking from experience in the investigation industry so can give real life examples of how things work. He was also happy to answer any questions and made time to have open discussions about the learning.
