The course was well-organised, and the way the information was delivered made complex topics easier to understand I believe it would be even more beneficial if it were extended over two days, to allow more time to absorb and discuss the material in greater depth. I enjoyed the day and it was valuable. I am doing this as part of CUBS, so some of the subject area was familiar, but it is always useful to have an update.

Really enjoyable day. It's been a long time since I've attended an event where the facilitator has kept me engaged throughout the whole day. James' knowledge is immense and tied it in to so many different aspects of the negotiating process. I also appreciate the references to further reading to continue this learning.
