The Effective Decision Making course was interesting and insightful. James delivered the content in a very clear and engaging way, He helped us put the theory into practice in the team setting which help bring it to life for us. The definitions on the content were useful, considering the wide number of "biases" that people bring. Also, the tools for us to explore further like - 7 stages of decision and 6 thinking hats were really useful. These can be applied to our work both in the BAU and, can be equally adapted to when we need to think about decision making for our internal change and improvements in our teams...

Excellent course and presenting from James, kept the audience engaged on a hot sunny day. Where everyone was able to take away at least 2 - 3 pieces of information that is applicable.

Well organised and a great presenter.

I really enjoyed the session and James was an excellent trainer. I thought it would be a little dry and boring but it was anything but. Made me think about how I approach negotiations and also how to help colleagues in the future with their skills. I would be interested to see how much more depth the 2 day course would cover.

A really interesting and engaging session, was thinking of how to stay alert and engaged for 5 hours plus, thought I'll get bored after an hour but all the role play and examples kept the training alive and interesting. The course not only expanded on what I already know, it opened my eyes to see other available negotiation options rather than the usual.
