Very effective content and exercises. Trainer gave valuable and super interesting real life anecdotes to support content. This also gave me, the trainee, confidence that they knew what they were talking about.

Ren was very engaging and informative - I could listen to Ren's experiences all day! I was worried about attending training as my ADHD makes it easy for me to get distracted, but I was truly hooked on every word. I feel fulfilled in attending this training and feel more comfortable in applying these practices to my role. With the risk of potentially sounding strange, I'm actually quite looking forward to having a go at the assessment!

Tony speaks with a wealth of knowledge, obviously gained from many years of real life experience which I think makes him an engaging and compelling teacher - an obvious authority on the subject.
