I'm going to think about my own decision making style, use the course material and other resources to continue to work on this. I'm also going to think about how the different people on my Team like to make decisions.

Enjoyable training a lot of information to process and understand, I enjoy how interactive it was and the break out rooms to discuss case studies
The sub group interactions allowed focused discussions and contributions, while providing an atmosphere where we could navigate our thoughts - right or inaccurate. It gave me a lot to think about including some understanding of what was being spoken about. Especially the use of case law made it more realistic and relatable to the cases we are dealing with on a day to day basis.
Very insightful and clearly narrowed down to my role, making application easier going forward.
