Great!

This was a very well thought out training session, making sense of a complicated topic. The questions as always are difficult to interpret but our trainer explained them in a way we could understand.

Worthwhile training

Great trainer, knows a lot about the world of negotiation. Would highly recommend because you realise how much negotiation you do on a day to day basis.

The additional examples & information that isn't included in the manual is very useful, - provides context & additional examples.

The analysis of statement writing was very useful.

Excellent training ! Excellent trainers ! Every element was covered and i was thoroughly engaged and interested. Excellent course. I have never sat this training before from Bond Solon and would absolutely and highly recommend. The training is interactive. Even with having a professional and personal interest in case law it can be 'dry' on times - this session was just not the case. I was engaged the entire way through. I particularly enjoyed having the opportunity to inform the trainers what we may like the training to cover which the trainer covered and even came back at the end of the session to ensure we had been able to have this answered. Not only did it give me updates but it reminded me of why we do the job we do - to ensure individuals are protected and cared for as they should be.

Trainer is very knowledgeable and the session was very information. I am an RN transitioning, and Considering that I had no prior knowledge of CHC, I felt knowledgeable at the end of this course, so thanks.
