Great course. Learnt more than I have in a long time

Excellent course. Sue is a first class teacher and trainer. Indeed, best course I have attended for many years.

I have done this course previously but I still learned a lot today. I was pleased that everyone played a part so broadening our overall experience. This course was full of practical knowledge directly applicable to what we do as experts.

I was unsure before attending this course. But Paul has a great manner in how he presents and how he provides constructive feedback. I really enjoyed this course and has given me a lot of information and ideas to take away. I think it is a really useful and worthwhile course to undertake.

The skills that I have learned will assist me when doing presentations in my workplace. Specifically tailoring the presentation to my audience, knowing my audience, engaging the audience, the use of an Intro. Physiology eye contact body language. Interacting with my audience asking questions keeping them interested. The course was delivered exceptionally well, the trainer was excellent in communicating with the learners and kept us interested and regularly checked with us if we were finding the things helpful. He was able to get us to think for ourselves. I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and feel confident to be able to deliver presentations in the future.
