Excellent course including practice cross-examination.
fantastic course hopefully i will never have to attend, but this course has really prepared me for the types of questions I will be asked, how i need to present myself, and how I need to prepare for the day.
I have given evidence a lot in the past but learned some really valuable lessons about role of an expert
The refresher training was engaging, informative and highly relevant to current BIA practice. The lecturer explained complex legal developments clearly and created a supportive environment where questions and professional discussion were encouraged. I particularly valued the practical case examples, which helped me reflect on how recent judgments may affect my assessments and report writing. I left the session feeling more confident, better informed and able to apply the learning directly to my practice. Thank you for an excellent session.
This is a brilliant course for any ACPs or medical professions who may need to present at coroners court - it gives an excellent overview of the coroners court process and has made me feel much more confident on what to expect, the process and how you can prepare yourself beforehand. Francesca has been an excellent teacher - she clearly knows her subject and makes it an interesting, engaging and enjoyable topic to learn about.
Thank you once again for an insightful day of training. It's been so useful to consider the executive functioning element of a capacity assessment, and the importance of asking open ended questions.

Excellent course delivered in a calm manner with practice examples that allow me to understand the legal discussion and framework in practice. I liked the pace of the couse which maximised infromation sharing, it did not feel overwhelming. Many thanks
