Excellent trainer, very clear and explained legal terminology very clearly to me I had read the manual prior to attending the course but the trainer explained very well and it made very easy to understand important concepts

As i wrote at the top of the questionary this was very well ( if not perfectllly) organized course. Giving us insight in known situations and helping us to face some situations which could arise during our inspections.

Very knowledgeable and engaging trainer, the session was delivered at a good pace and interest was maintained at all times.

I really enjoyed this course and found if very interesting and helpful. I am very fortunate that I have not yet experienced particularly aggressive verbal or physical behaviour during my inspections. Being relatively new to the role, defusing a hostile situation is something I worry I would not be able to handle well. However, following this training I feel more confident that I would know how to turn the situation around, specifically through the language we use. I also realise that I should be more mindful of assessing the risk. I don't always think about how I could remove myself from a situation which could unexpectedly jeopardise my health and safety. This course has made me think about a lot. Thank you! :)

Brilliant and engaging.

Factual and informative. Good to re-visit skills as don't really have any training around this area day to day, so risks around becoming complacent around good record keeping good to re-visit to aid and support good practise.

Ren makes the course go smoothly and makes it interesting.
