This has been a fantastic course. It has been very engaging, information and practical. I went away after Day 1 wanting to explore the topic in many ways, and found the content very relatable to the skills and knowledge I will require in my role. The pace of the course was great, with a lot of variety and seamless transition from topic to topic. Jim has been an excellent Trainer - I only wish the course was longer to get more insight from this competent professional.

good engagement with the virtual class

It's is a reminder showing how important record keeping is. We often take things for granted....or say "I will do it later and has humans we can forget". It's a do it, sort it and report.
