Really good case studies and made the session more interesting and applicable to do a lot of the learning through roll play.

Nick demonstrated excellent subject knowledge, he was sensitive to the needs of the learners and made fantastic links to my role. The session was delivered at a pace appropriate to the group and Nick employed a range delivery methods including oral, visual and peer group activities to cater for all learning styles. He made his session come to life by sharing real world examples to emphasise key points and keep the group engaged. Nick used QA&A effectively to check the learner's knowledge and understanding, he created a relaxed atmosphere, that made me feel comfortable to ask questions and share my thoughts. He used praise effectively and recognised and acknowledged my contributions which helped maintain my morale and make me feel valued. Great two days training!!!

Four days of online training sounds heavy going but with Ren it couldn't have been further from the truth, she is so engaging in her delivery and presentation it made the course thoroughly enjoyable and allowed us to get so much more from the course. She is a massive credit to your company and i really hope i get in time to do the Disclosure course you have just been awarded the contract for with her. The face to face element took it to a new level with her professionalism and knowledge being plain to see and allowing us as attendees to gain the maximum we could from the day.
