The course was intense at times, however very much worthwhile.

A thoroughly enjoyable and informative piece of training. This is the second time I have completed it! Stephanie is friendly and approachable. No one is put on the spot and there are plenty of breaks, exercises and group discussions to keep you interested. The manuals provided will also prove beneficial in the future in the event of tribunal attendance.

Very informative course. Excellent to understand the role and responsibility of an expert first hand from a legal perspective and to be able to appreciate the pitfalls of experts. Very useful to be able to interact with the other participants to hear differing approaches. Hopefully will stand me in very good stead for my ongoing career.

Made a dry topic interesting and kept us engaged throughout the session - interesting and reassuring, and able to tailor the course to recognise the different needs we have.

The cross-exaination practice is a key learning need for me. I think I have learnt a lot from the presentation and watching the other candidates. I enjoyed taking part in this. Everyone was highly professional and knowledgable. It was helpful to have feedback from the peers.

Stephanie Farrimond is engaging and knowledgeable. She was personable and vert smiley! makes people online drawn in. I would highly recommend her as a trainer and I would love to work with her again. an asset to Bond Solon. Glad I will never be on the other side of her in a court room!

For a dry subject, it was made relatable. All questions answered in terms/scenarios that could be understood.

Training was overall insightful and relevant however due to its intensity i do feel more interaction would have helped with learning, such as more activities, break out rooms etc, as opposed to just being talked at. However i do understand the content needs to be shared. The power point task was good too however felt under pressure to complete something in a short space of time, and then be criticised for not having in there what was needed what was wrong. Overall a good course and helped with increasing understanding re: BIA.
