I regret that whilst the course was very good the arrangements on the Bod Solon website were dreadful. Tanya Dorrington was very helpful and she can provide details of the problems which I experienced.
Excellent course, absolutely disgusted with the attendees as the majority did not bother to have their cameras on during the whole training day. Well done to Alistair having to give training to many people who seemed totally uninterested in the training and their work role.
It was a very well run course. Alister is a great teacher and made the course interactive and engaging with set excercises where we were split into breakout rooms to discuss topics and come up with appropriate responses to the questions. The day was very interesting and I learnt a great deal as a new starter working as an Animal Health Officer. I would recommend this course as it gave an insight into notices, legislation, acts of parliament, statutory instruments and warrants which are all relevant to the APHA line of work.
Susan was great on what can be quite a difficult subject of something that is routine- note taking and record keeping. She put things into good perspective, making us discuss in groups and breakout rooms to gain different ideas and perspectives.

A well-delivered, thought-provoking course, providing beneficial training. Always good to recap with a different facilitator / perspective. It will be interesting to see how AI impacts the arena of record keeping. Good facilitator and lively discussion groups
