A very interesting course and the facilitator had a lot of experience and knowledge which he shared.

Jim made the topic interesting and engaging, drawing on lots of examples from both his career and from the news. Everyone on the course contributed at one point or another which was really great to see. There was a mix of smaller breakout rooms and whole group discussions, as well as a mixture of presentation slides, videos, and verbal discussions. Would definitely recommend this course.
