Difficult for the trainer to cover the range of experiences in the delegates - as an experienced police officer this was more of a refresher. May be that a course could be provided to offer a more advanced disclosure topic areas.
Whilst I'm uncertain how much courtroom time I will have in the near future, I feel much better prepared in the longrun and this part of the course has provided excellent insights into the report writing element of it as well.
Generally a really worthwhile course which will help me in my work and it will certainly improve how I approach investigations and interviews.
