The course was well delivered and and Tim was very good in engaging people and also doing the roleplay. The course content was informative but possibly could have more clearer diagrams and a bit more explanation on how to probe and micro probe.

Our trainer was very articulate and confident. She put us all at ease very quickly, and this meant we were not too intimidated to ask questions or show our inexperience.

Richard was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, the whole day was extremely interesting and it was great hearing real life scenarios from a barrister to help understand the content of the course better, cross examination role play was really helpful and it will definitely help me in my role

Thank you I found the session very informative and really highlighted key areas of my own documentation practice that I will take away with me. I found the case study interesting as working in groups interactive.
