I really enjoyed the course, it gave me plenty of tools to try and improve my negotiation skills. It would have been nice to do this course in person. I think some of James' techniques would have worked better in 'real life'.
Very informative and interesting. It will be useful in day to day work.
There were only 3 persons on the course, including myself. So the course was shortened time wise , and we had much less time to learn from critiquing the other delegates. so I feel we had much less of an experience, and indeed less for our course fee.

Overall very good. Nick explained things very clearly indeed and I was able to grasp fully the principles
Downside was that many people on the course were new to Expert Witness and had not undertaking EW work before or written EW reports. Therefore one exercise where we were meant to bring a report and critique, didn't really work very well. I think it may be helpful to have a course that is aimed at Report Writing for beginners that are starting from scratch and looking for increase in knowledge skill broadly in this area and another training for more experienced Expert Witnesses that have undertaken reports and have these examples to bring and share to improve practice.
Came highly recommended. Genuinely worthwhile course - would recommend to anyone getting into this line of work.
