An excellent course, Richard shared excellent knowledge and I felt we all had a change to ask questions and become more involved. It did feel like I was handling loads of different pieces of paper as a result of the home printing I'd had to do beforehand. Would have welcomed a chance to have properly published and printed work books - much more useful to keep and use than hundreds of bits of home printed paper.

Shabana was fantastic, really knowledgeable, very engaging and friendly. She fit a lot of content in over two days, but was great at explaining and checking understanding. Thanks Shabana!
