Excellent course for factual record keeping and thought stimulating

I found the course material extremely engaging, it most definitely enlightened me as to how best conduct myself whilst delivering an expert opinion within a courtroom/legal setting. Further, Nick's insights allowed me to better understand how to present my argument, such that it got straight to the point.

Brilliantly executed and delivered by the trainer! Was really informative and interesting and definitely changed my perspective in record keeping.

extremely good trainers. Made us feel at ease before the mock cross examination. Very professional. Only comment is that I do wonder whether medicolegal cases, industrial and criminal cases should be dealt with separately, in more bespoke courses, rather than lumping them all together. Whilst the processes are indentical the content is different, and it may just help delegates learn more from each other in similar fields.
