A great course; thanks very much for taking me through it

I think this was the most interesting of all parts of the CUBS certificate. Despite of some topics being dry and convoluted, the booklet, exercises and the tutor managed to retain my attention and interest throughout 2 days. Overall - I am very positively surprised with the last 2 days. Civil law is more interesting that I thought it was.

excellent course, Simon is a very good at presenting facts, with utilising his experience as a Barrister to bring some real life scenarios into the classroom.

Overall, a very informative and very helpful course. A bit dry at times going through the manual. Would have been good to see more examples/case studies to discuss. Great instructor and group

I found the BIA useful and helpful. It gave me a better understanding of assessing capacity and making best interest decisions. I found Max really interesting and knowledgeable, explained complex topics. I would have preferred the course be in person, as this would have allowed for more interaction with peers. Really enjoyed the exercises and case studies, and would have liked more of these. Found the layout of the course well set up.
