The training was a little basic and needs to be a little bit more interactive with a variety of different training styles

I have been working as an expert witness for a number of years. I attended some courses at the start of my practice. I have found revisiting the courses several years later very useful. There are changes which I have been made aware of and attending the course has allowed me to revisit and improve the way I give evidence.

A difficult subject to teach and garner enthusiasm from the delegates as they all had real world experience of answering complaints already. Interesting to listen to an expert and I'm hoping as the course progresses I can gain more practical skills for dealing with complaints.
